Conference on Applied Infrastructure Research (InfraDay)
Dear colleagues and long-standing and future friends of the Infraday,
We would like to inform you that the Infraday, and its “companion” Ewers-Prize, take a (well deserved) rest this year. The reason is not a lack of interest, but on the contrary the emergence of new events related to infrastructure topics, which require a restructuring of the series of events in Berlin, and with our partners; this restructuring will most likely lead to more sector-specific events, in energy, transport, and water, with some degree of differentiation between more policy and more research-focussed events.
We will maintain the date (first full week of October), as well as the connection between the Infratrain (which does take place, as every October, see www.infratrain.tu-berlin.de) the yearly event, to which we will invite you in due course.
Thus we look forward to staying in contact with you on infrastructure research and policy.
Best regards
Thorsten Beckers (Scientific Coordinator WIP)
Christian von Hirschhausen (Scientific Coordinator WIP)
Georg Meran (Scientific Coordinator DIW Berlin)
Kay Mitusch (Scientific Coordinator IWW)
Clemens Gerbaulet (Conference Manager)
Roman Mendelevitch (Conference Manager)
